With more than 105 stores across the province, the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) – a crown corporation and retailer responsible for the distribution and sale of beer, wine and spirits – aims to provide an engaging customer experience…at a responsible cost.

Working with Xerox and its marketing and communications advisors, NSLC has streamlined the printing of all its in-store and offsite event signage, and reduced the turnaround time for loyalty promotions. In addition, the Xerox team helped NSLC move from traditional printed flyers to an e-flyer that can track customer analytics and trends. The overall partnership has helped NSLC reduce costs, provide more insight into their marketing campaigns and create a more engaging experience for their customers.

Xerox reduces the marketing execution burden for us, so we can focus on other core marketing activities.”
